Changes in 0.3.0
The addition was prepared on 31 August 2026 and supplemented on 2 October 2026:
- Extended Norwegian Context with guidance on KPR KTT code systems and the historical IPLOS name. The overview of Norwegian base profiles, field references and national services is retained. The patient journey is under Examples.
- Terminology guidance integrated into relevant elements in all four profiles, with visible explanations on profile pages and coded element examples. Service elements use a small value set from 9151 with
example binding strength.
- Clear distinction between FHIR interoperability and FHI's KPR KTT reporting.
- Preservation of original coding, scale and assessment time, including handling of historical score 9.
- Connected example with KPR functional assessments: eight observations, a request, goal, plan, two contacts and an episode. Demonstrates three scales, an absent result, historical score 9 and reassessment without overwriting previous findings.
- Distinguished relevant code systems from specific code choices in examples. Explained Observation as a supporting resource without a municipal profile. Technical guidance on assessment identity, time and history accompanies the example.
- Restored the original EHDS, Mapping and Modelling guidance, including UCUM, SHOULD recommendations and the list of future API work. The KPR KTT terminology guidance is retained.
- No new mandatory terminology bindings, municipal profiles, API operations or local copies of national code systems.
- Aligned draft status across profiles and the IG, clarified API access to supporting data and completed the ServiceRequest profile reference in the CapabilityStatement template.
- Removed the local ISO 3166 helper copy; the standard jurisdiction code is retained without publishing an incomplete code system.
- Aligned Norwegian/English content and version display, corrected questionnaire and profile guidance and updated the EHDS boundary. Build scripts stop on validation errors.
- Compared the IG with the public Open Aidn documentation and added a bounded link to the vendor's actual resource and API support.
Version status
Version 0.x indicates continuing development. The first stable edition can be 1.0.0 when its scope and content have been reviewed and accepted, and responsibility for publication and subsequent changes is agreed. It need not cover every future use case. Completing a project phase and national approval are different matters; a version number alone does not demonstrate such approval.
